TOKYO (Kyodo) -- Japanese Olympic men's basketball star Yuki Kawamura scored 15 points and dished 16 assists for his first double-double in the developmental G-League as he marshaled the Memphis Hustle to a 123-118 win over the visiting Osceola Magic on Wednesday.

The point guard shot 3-from-8 from three-point range while providing several sharp passes into and around the paint during 31 minutes on the court. He delivered several assists to the game's high scorer, big man Colin Castleton, who had 26 points.

The smallest current NBA player at 173 centimeters, Kawamura later sat on the bench for the Memphis Grizzlies but did not play in their 117-111 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.

Kawamura is on a two-way contract that divides his time between the Grizzlies and the Hustle.
