Boxing: Ioka gets May rematch with WBA super flyweight champ Martinez

TOKYO (Kyodo) -- Japan's Kazuto Ioka will challenge Argentine champion Fernando Martinez for the WBA super flyweight title on May 11 in Tokyo, the fight's organizers said Tuesday.
Ioka lost the belt to Martinez in July by unanimous decision in their WBA-IBF unification bout in the Japanese capital and their rematch in late December was canceled after the champion contracted influenza.
The 36-year-old Ioka, who has won world titles in four different divisions, is 31-3 in his career with 16 wins by knockout, along with a draw.
Martinez, 33, is 17-0 with nine KOs.
