ITOSHIMA, Japan (Kyodo) -- Haruka Kawasaki shattered the record for the lowest 72-hole score on Japan's women's tour Sunday, when she finished at 28-under-par for her second straight championship.
The 21-year-old Kawasaki wrapped up her fourth career tour title with an eight-birdie no-bogey final round to win by four strokes at the par-72 Queens Hill Golf Club in southwestern Japan's Fukuoka Prefecture.
Miyu Yamashita, who will represent Japan at the upcoming Paris Olympics, was second.
